As a member of the Portfolio Team, Andrea is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance and strategy, leading follow-ons, and partnering closely with executive teams to identify and execute value-creation initiatives within CBGF’s investment portfolio.

Prior to joining CBGF in 2024, Andrea worked at FTI Consulting, where she specialized in restructuring advisory for clients in Canada and Latin America. Prior to that, she worked in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

Andrea holds a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business. She also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
