At the Canadian Business Growth Fund, Erica has developed her experience and capabilities since joining in 2019. As Executive Assistant, she is responsible for supporting the Co-Managing Partners, Dale Tingley and Hai Tran-Viet, in their day-to-day activities and achieving the Fund’s strategic objectives. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of the investment team.

Erica has over ten years of combined customer service and administrative experience. Prior to joining CBGF in 2019, Erica worked in the hospitality industry, taking on increasingly senior roles. Erica was responsible for managing the front of house staff, a team of between 7-10 people, to ensure smooth operations and a high quality of service.
